There was only a small sandbar showing so I was forced to land very close to her. Her photos did not look to be ruined and hopefully they will make their way onto the internet soon.

I went in to get a closer look but hit a sandbar. Lucky I ride strapless and no damage to my surfboard - only my ego. At least I discovered she was a true red head

Speaking of hitting a sandbar, as I was coming in at Acadia at 1:30 when the wind died a 30ft. pleasure craft came in a little too close and bottomed out on the sandbar. Probably coming in to get a closer look at the nudist! Session was from 11:30 to 1:30 on a 10.5m and surfboard, not as good as yesterday but still had some good rides. Couldn't get up to the waves though, but still good. See you tomorrow at Squamish, should be good wind :D

Are you guys talking nudists at Acadia or did you guys really go all the way down to Wreck to land?

Good times in Squamish on my 7m today, a bit of a hole at 3:30 but I managed to stay riding my even on my TT through it.

I think where we landed was upper Acadia. East of the WWII east gun tower. Wreck Beach is quite a ways upwind from there.
