it was a propane camp fire, not as good as the real thing, but still nice to sit around having a beer.

In Kelowna for a trial. Looking pretty windy from the south. Unfortunately I brought 50 pounds of binders and there wasn't room for kite gear.

Nicola looked like it was whitecapping from the plane as well.

Crazy day on the lake today. Started out gusty but rigged the 5.2 110L and went for an hour before dinner. Wind was gusting like 2 knots to 25 with long waits, spent like 10 minutes sitting on the board waiting for a squall. Took a break and after dinner things were cranking . Went back out on the 5.2 110 and swear thats the fastest I've ever been on that board. Super flat water with gust up to 35knots. Tail walking over smoke on the water! :shock:The 24 CM Kp MFC fin works awesome. Now it's dark and we're watching a huge fire down the lake, the wind must have stoked it up. :o

Super fun, then the fire cut our power. Just got it back almost a day later. Can't believe how fast they did it, they warned us we might have to evacuate as well. They were water bombing all day, ash all over everything. Last night the whole ridge was glowing red.

Fire under control but no wind. Getting used to wake surfing but it's harder than it looks!

I'm so jealous reading your session reports. :( I haven't sailed in weeks. :?

I did figure out how to surf without the rope though, FAT SACKS :!: 1500 lbs of them = the endless wave.
