Monday Westerly?

Monday is looking like a westerly at 5 degrees celsius.

If it nukes at Acadia, I'm going to try White Rock this time. Last Tuesday (Nov 19) Clay was on a 5m kite at White Rock. That means we missed a W 25-30 session at White Rock with better waves.

Work permitting, Whidbey Island is another option.

YVR METAR/TAF reads
Sun 10pm WNW 20g30
Mon 10am NW 8
Mon 3pm-5pm ENE 10

Dave/Michael/Mike - you guys interested in an arctic dawn patrol revenge session?

Anyone else for Acadia at dawn patrol? Note sure if I'm comfortable with Point Roberts at these temperatures 4C.

Could use a revenge session, but sadly, off to work this morning.

Looks like SW 20 or strong at Acadia according to the JSCA sensor.

Sorry Alton, just saw this now. Van is unpacked and it looks to be short lived. Best part is I'm headed off to work on my day off. Hope you went!

Only 15 knots at the west end of Acadia. Probably SW. Lots of whitecaps in the Strait but none here.

Lots of skunkage lately. Time to find a new sport that's more gratifying - mini golf?

Filling in and swell building. Maybe W 18. Rigging 5.2 at Acadia.
