Started out like Centennial (rolling water and wind waves) then the water drained, waves flattened out and wind got all funky and it turned into something else ~

Thanks for the photos Dave. Sorry you missed some of the good stuff. I actually followed you about half way in then stopped and decided not to re-rig. I just had a feeling it might not last. Hope we get one more day like that before the season is over.

Looks like Boundary Bay tried but tanked this morning:

Looking at Locust, a number of forecasts (not including TJ...) seem ok BUT the sensor is now asleep! I'm reluctant to gamble on the drive so maybe a rest day?

This is why I went for a double session yesterday after we had beer and lunch :D

Actually the Sandy Shores sensor looks good so maybe Locust is also good. I'm pretty sore from yesterday's double session so I'm not very motivated.

TJ's zoom seems to be the most reliable forecast for Locust (from my limited experience there).

Sandy Shores can get more wind then Locust on occasion - actuals at Locust are likely between reports at Sandy Shore and Bellingham Airport would be my GUESS. :D ;)

Thanks for your thoughts Dave & Alton. The other thing is that it's cold and that dampens my motivation. It's been pretty good lately so no complaints.

Some hope for you guys. iWindsurf is predicting a SSW ramp up towards noon. Perhaps White Rock will work? Best of luck.
