That is wind, the water isn't toxic at Spanish banks, those are after school hours and I'm there for sailing practice so I can just bring my kite gear

It is a bit of an odd forecast but is showing on various forecasts. If it doesn't show up too late I'll consider Spanish banks, Acadia or ferry terminal.
