Nice!!!... Lots of potential, thanks C36.
Gonna look into it, wouldn't mind giving it a try for sure.
So it should work from WNW to SE according to exposure?

Found that YouTube link about PR...

For sure there is a nice potential there too. It looks like a SW wind waves but I have never been there, maybe C36 could confirm it.

Ulu, ultra small... can't do it, but I know it can get bigger when windy.
If any windsurfer/kiter in the near future sees some decent break @ PR please post ... it takes me 15 minutes from work to get there (i.e a good lunch break).

I know, it's tiny but there is some good potential.
Next strong SW or SE, I might go have a look.
I just need to keep the options available
:D

Your welcome! Glad you enjoyed seeing them. Yes NW through SE can work the water there and is sailable (if you have the courage - it can be a touch 'spooky').

Correct. SW wind waves pushing along the west facing shore.

The other thing about Lighthouse Park in PR is there is a VERY deep channel that sweeps in parallel to the west facing shore and comes close to the point. This when combined with wind pushing against the tide can amplify the wind waves (more than any other spot I have seen in the Lower Mainland).

M lives very close and he would likely be one of the first to get eyes on the water there. Good idea to monitor his OSR's (he is very good about posting what he sees). :D ;)

You bet Dave. Reminiscent of the Hatch or The Wall on big days when the tide sets up against the wind. Totally de-powered and surfing on the standing waves :D

Awesome guys, Thks C36 for the Info and pix.
I can't wait to go give it a shot. It looks like Sunday might have some SE. Dunno if it's gonna be enough to produce anything but I'll go for a drive to have a feel for the place...and dream a bit. ;)
Thks for the details :D
